Sports nutrition fosters our best performance, where individual differences are considered, such as adequate caloric intake, appropriate ratios between protein, fat and carbohydrates, timing of food and drinks before, during and after exercise, and sufficient intake of vitamins and minerals according to what exercise we undertake.
