Service Description

Changing into a plant based diet is not as simple as we might think. The body needs to adjust and get efficient in taking up a few micronutrients, such as Calcium, Iron, Omega 3, and vitamins like B12. This program suits people interested in making the step forward into veganism/vegetarianism in a healthy and sustainable manner. Each coaching session of 45-60min has a cost of 50 eur.
